Presentation Guidelines

Information for oral and poster presenters at the Annual Research Team Meeting 2026.

Oral Presentation MHMK308
25 min (20 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
  • Must be prepared using PowerPoint .
  • Recommended fonts: Arial , Times New Roman , or Cordia New .
  • All speakers must test their slides with the projector before the session starts .
  • Laptop and LCD pointer are provided at the venue.
  • HDMI / DisplayPort connection to projector is available.
Poster Presentation MHMK309
50 min
  • No template required — design freely.
  • Displayed digitally on TV screens — no printing needed .
  • Size: Landscape 16:9   (1280×720 or 1920×1080 px) .
  • Bring your own laptop and connect via HDMI to the digital TV.
