Preparing your presentation
Oral Presentation
- Oral presentations are required to be made by PowerPoint Program.
- Standard fonts, such as Arial, Times New Roman or Cordia New are preferable for the PowerPoint presentation.
- All speakers, please test the presentation slide with the projector before the speaking session start.
- A laptop and LCD pointer will be provided.
- HDMI DisplayPort for connecting the projector will be available.
Poster Presentation
- There is no template for poster.
- The poster presentations will be displayed digitally on TV screens, and there is no need to print the poster.
- Recommended poster orientation size: landscape orientation, 16:9 ratio (1280 x 720 pixel or 1920 x 1080 pixel).
- Presenter can bring your own laptop to connect via HDMI to the digital TV for the poster presentation.
